By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use the JustACFI website if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements: Client, You and Your refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions. The Company, Ourselves, We, Our and Us, refers to our Company. Party, Parties, or Us, refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves.

All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of the United States.

Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

We employ the use of cookies. By using JustACFI’s website you consent to the use of cookies in accordance with JustACFI’s privacy policy. Most of the modern day interactive websites use cookies to enable us to retrieve user details for each visit.

Cookies are used in some areas of our site to enable the functionality of this area and ease of use for those people visiting. Some of our affiliate / advertising partners may also use cookies.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to our website and the use of this website (including, without limitation, any warranties implied by law in respect of satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose and/or the use of reasonable care and skill).

Nothing in this disclaimer will:

  • Limit or exclude our or your liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence.

  • Limit or exclude our or your liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

  • Limit any of our or your liabilities in any way that is not permitted under applicable law.

  • Or exclude any of our or your liabilities that may not be excluded under applicable law.

The limitations and exclusions of liability set out in this Section and elsewhere in this disclaimer:

  1. are subject to the preceding paragraph; and

  2. govern all liabilities arising under the disclaimer or in relation to the subject matter of this disclaimer, including liabilities that arise in contract, tort (including negligence) and for breach of statutory duty.

To the extent that the website and the information and services on the website are provided free of charge, we will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature.

All JustACFI instructors are either a current Certified Flight Instructor or Ground Instructor.

Programs

The term “Sessions” refers to the Virtual Ground school session.

All sessions are purchased at a rate of $39 per hour. Purchase of a session, reserves a JustACFI instructor for the period of 1 hour. Students have the right to combine multiple session purchases, into one virtual session. For example, a student can purchase 2 separate sessions and schedule them back to back . The student would then have one 2hr virtual ground school session.

A purchase of a session, reserves the JustACFI instructor for the period of 1 hour. If the student completes a lesson in less time than the 1 hour reserved, the student can elect to sign off from the session or continue on to the next lesson or next subject matter with the instructor. If the student elects to sign off from the session, without utilizing the remaining time reserved with the instructor, there is no refund for unused time.

If a students fails to cancel a scheduled session at least 24hrs prior to the scheduled session time, the student will be charged the for amount of time they had booked with the instructor. If the student does not arrive to the session within 15 minutes past the scheduled start time of the session, the Instructor may elect to cancel the session and the student will forfeit payment for the session and not receive a refund.

If the Instructor fails to show up for the session within 15 minutes past the scheduled start time of the session, the Student may elect to cancel the session and be rescheduled for another session at no additional charge.

The term “EOC” refers to the Checkride prepatory program.

The EOC is charged at a fix rate of $99. The EOC time varies depending on the students preparation for the EOC. However, the instructors are reserved for a minimum of two hours. Meaning, if a student completes an EOC in than 2 hours, the student reserves the right to move on to other subjects or request training for the remaining time to fulfill the 2 hour schedule.

If a students fails to cancel a scheduled EOC at least 24hrs prior to the scheduled EOC time, the student will forfeit the $99 cost of the EOC. The EOC will not be refunded.

The “Text session” refers to the Text-A-CFI program.

A JustACFI instructor will be available to respond to student messages via a Text Session during the designated hours. Text Session hours are Monday through Friday, from 5pm-9pm EST.

The Text-A-CFI programs sole purpose is tutoring students virtually and assisting the students solve problems during home study sessions. JustACFI and its affiliates are not liable for any punishment received and will not share responsibility for any fault, in any form, for the improper use of our Text-A-CFI program.

JustACFI reserves the right to restrict, ban or permanently remove any person from its programs and platforms that uses inappropriate language, indecent exposure or creates a hostile environment.
